Hong Kong : President Donald Trump has again planned to postpone an escalation of tariffs on China, in order to please American farmers and businessman who have been hurt by trade war with Beijing.

Tariffs on Chinese goods was suppose to rise from 10 percent to 25 percent, but trump indicated that a set of negotiations are on due from his meeting with Chiense President Xi Jinping in December.
